It has been such an amazing experience to work with Kayla. She is incredibly knowledgeable and provides a supportive and fun environment when I am working out. She is kind but also pushes me to get in a good workout every time I see her. I would highly recommend Kayla!

I work with Kayla through a gym I am a member at. She is a dynamic trainer who really pushes you to take your exercise routine to the next level. I love that she customizes every workout for me based on my past injuries and what I am physically able to do. She also changes things up so I don't get bored either. She is always on time and a great communicator if plans should change for some reason. I am happy to recommend her to anyone who wants a great experience with a personal trainer.
