FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As someone who has invested in a college education, mentorships and ongoing professional development, I am confident that my training knowledge, skills and philosophies reflect some of the best in the business. A fitness professional is someone who holds themselves to a high standard of service and has a commitment to excellence--I am constantly learning and evolving my training methods to better serve my clients.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Personal training can cost anywhere from $100-$200 a WEEK! By offering UNLIMITED semi-private training, our clients see better results for a much lower cost than traditional personal training packages, for a low rate of $299/mo. Clients can choose from several membership options, including unlimited semi-private training, unlimited group training, or a hybrid package that combines the two.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Check their background credentials. Preferably, look for a degree in Exercise Science or other health-related study. The more accredited certifications are the ACSM Health/Fitness Specialist and NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, as they require such degree.
