- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is a fixed price and not hourly. This is due to my clients receiving their programs in entirety. This could mean a 4-week program, 6-week, 12-week or whatever my client desires. Each program is completed upon receiving and I make necessary progressions throughout the course of the program.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to get to know a potential new client. I need to get a better understanding of not only their health history but also them as a person and vice-versa. This also allows the new client to get to know me better and my background in the fitness industry. I like to conduct these initial consultations in person, over the phone, or even through a Zoom meeting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently have my Certified Strength and Conditioning certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
