- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have standard pricing guides that I follow. I am happy to send those to potential customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know each person that I work with. I start by finding out exactly what my customer is looking to get from his or her photo session. Do they want prints? and album? wall art? Often times I will meet up with my customer prior to their session or event to make sure that we have covered everything.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently work with 2 consultant companies and have worked with a 3rd in the past. I go to any classes and training that they might offer as well as taking additional workshops, webinars, and tutorials to stay up to date on the current trends.
