- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts for our service members, veterans, and first responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make contact and establish what the customer needs and expects as well as any circumstances that may complicate the cleaning process. After going over the specifics and setting the parameters for the job, I will give a quote and pending acceptance have the job scheduled or completed within the week. After completion of the project, I meet with the customer (preferably in person however a video call is perfectly acceptable) to make sure that the job is satisfactory. With that being said I always follow up after the job as well, just to double check!
