Introduction: With over 15 years experience Extra Time Handyman and Radon has seen it all and can take care of your needs correctly faster and more efficiently than some of the other guys. I have a bachelor's degree for accounting, I just cant stand sitting in the office, have 3 kids and have lived in Colorado for 22+ years. I take pride in my work and will never ask for money for labor until labor has actually been put in and usually not until the job is completely done. You can probably find someone cheaper but do they have a 5 year warranty, refuses to use gutter downspout to exhaust radon, and always include a condensation bypass? Gary did a great job for us. We were new to town and our neighbor recommended him. I am glad they did, we found someone that does not compromise on quality and gets the job done at a fair price on time. We have had flooring replaced, and a radon fan installed among other small projects
