- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start every relationship with a consultation so I can understand your goals, timeline, and priorities. Whether you’re buying or selling, this first conversation allows me to create a clear strategy tailored specifically to you. For sellers, I conduct a detailed market analysis, review pricing strategy, and walk through a customized marketing plan that includes professional staging, high-quality photography and video, MLS exposure, agent networking, and targeted online marketing. I also provide guidance on how to prepare your home to make the strongest first impression. Once we go live, I actively manage showings, provide regular updates and feedback, negotiate offers, and oversee every step of the contract through closing. For buyers, I begin with a strategy session to understand your needs, budget, and must-haves. I analyze the market, identify strong opportunities, schedule showings, and guide you through writing competitive offers. Once under contract, I manage inspections, appraisal, negotiations, and deadlines to ensure a smooth closing process. Throughout the entire transaction, I prioritize proactive communication, transparency, and organization so you always know what’s happening next. My goal is to make the process feel structured, strategic, and as stress free as possible from start to finish.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My journey into real estate began with my own experience as a first-time homebuyer. While exciting, the process felt overwhelming at times, and I knew I wanted to become the kind of agent who makes it clear, organized, and far less stressful for others. As a military brat, I grew up moving frequently and connecting with people from all walks of life. Those experiences shaped my adaptability and genuine passion for helping others through major life transitions. Today, I combine that heart for service with my background in business and marketing to guide clients confidently through buying or selling one of their biggest investments. Helping people feel informed, supported, and excited about their next chapter is what drives me every day.
