- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
ARCM Services Inc is a local roofing Residential & Commercial contractor. A lot of our business is repairing storm damaged roofing systems. We have been in business for over 6 years and have built a trusted relationship with many Insurance agents in the area. When working with insurance claims we usually go above and beyond what insurance pays for, without billing the property owner any additional out of pocket costs. Instead of installing a 3-Tab shingle, we upgrade the property owner to the dimensional shingle, Class 3 or Class 4 at no extra cost. If an insurance claim is not involved we complete a full inspection, measurement, and consider code requirements. A free consultation is provided to go over your shingle choices and cost. We offer a fair market price with your budget in mind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give your home a full exterior 35 point inspection. Every inspection is fully documented with photos or video. We also fly drones for steep, hard to walk or little to no access roofing systems. The inspection is free with no obligation. After the inspection is completed our inspector will advise you on what your roofing needs are and what your next steps should be.

Our inspection team members are certified roof inspector and certified by Inspection Certification Association.
