Mark inspected my roof immediately after I made contact with him. He was informative, professional and charming when I met with him soon afterwards. He worked well with the insurance adjuster and looked out for my best interest to make sure that the insurance company fixed all that was necessary and didn't take advantage of me. He took the time to take numerous photos to show the insurance company that in addition to the roofs on the house and garage that needed replacement, there were gutters and downspouts that also had severe hail damage and needed to be replaced. Mark's company replaced the house and garage roofs and numerous gutters that needed to be replaced due to hail damage. His company's performance was impressive from start to finish. You couldn't go with a better guy!!!! Hiring Mark means hiring a roofing company that will fight for YOU with the insurance company!

The big reason we went with 1st Priority is because Mark was less pushy than the reps from other roofing companies during the estimate phase. I got the sense that he was being honest and fair throughout the entire process. Most companies had questions about whether it was an insurance claim or not and some would get pushy about it. It was clear that many are trying to get as much money from the insurance companies as possible (which I guess makes sense). From my perspective, if a company is trying to take advantage of the insurance company, how can I be sure they won't try to take advantage of me? In the end, everything went great. We have a great looking new roof, they completed it for a fair price, and they completed the job amazingly fast. Thanks guys!

We needed new gutters and fascia replacement boards badly. We'd been given a few other quotes from roofers that wanted to replace the entire roof and asked us to submit a claim to our insurance company. We did only to find it wasn't necessary to replace the entire roof and after communicating this some companies didn't even call back. That being said, it is very difficult to find a trustworthy source for home improvement needs.... Until we found Mark. He came quickly, assessed what we really needed to replace/repair and even with the bad weather we recently experienced in Colorado, got us on the schedule in a week. He completed the job in one day and it looks amazing. We couldn't be happier or more grateful for his professionalism and expertise. All that - and he was able to meet our budget for this project! I can't say enough good things about Mark and his crew. Thank you so much!

I set up a time for an estimate with Mr. Mark Aumen and he actually came out with a ladder that could reach the top of my house. He went up there and determined that the problem that I had was with a vent and the flashing around it. He then quoted me a ballpark price which was followed up by a formal contract which I handled electronically. The roofers came out shortly thereafter and made the repair. To day we have had a couple of brief heavy rainstorms with no apparent leakage so I believe that the problem was resolved. If it leaks again, I will call Mr. Auman but I don't think that it will. It was very nice dealing with his company to resolve this problem.
