- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All our estimates are free and valid for 10 days from the date we provide the written estimate. we are typically 15-20% below market pricing. we offer discounts for Seniors, Military families, Law Enforcement and First Responders. we never charge for local jobs until the job is complete.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our climber or Foreman will walk the project with you, take pictures and video to ensure what you are asking to be done will be completed. We like to keep our clients in the loop and engaged as much as possible during the trimming or removal. We will advise you as to your options and do our utmost to leave you satisfied with the results.
