What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While we are definitely not the cheapest option, choosing us prevents you from having to redo it. In the video production world, the old adage "You get what you pay for." could not be more true.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a time tested process with new clients. We gather your information, create a project profile for you in our software, send you a project discovery questionnaire, then schedule a call to walk through that.
We want to make sure we understand you, your business, your video needs, and your goals before we dive into the project.
Our clients love our systems and it helps build trust and make sure the project meets your expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been making corporate and commercial videos for about a decade now. With a couple hundred projects behind us, there's not training or certifications that could compare to that real life experience.
