- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First of all - We will gladly quote you a fixed bid based on your needs. We offer a wide selection of services, but I'll give a brief overview of our production services. Video Editing: $125/hr; Audio Studio recording with Engineer $95/hr; Location shooting ranges from $125 - $175/hr depending on camera & gear required; video shooting in one of our studios with cameraman $225 - $275/hr
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we'll discuss with the client their goals and what they want to accomplish with this project. We understand that budget is always paramount, and we always look to get the most bang for the buck with everything we produce and we stay within budget. We've been in business 34 years and are proud of our reputation! We work well with experienced broadcast professionals or clients that have no idea what our process is. From this discussion we will offer our opinion and advise as to how to best approach your project
