My focus is to provide an all encompassing process for you. One where you feel educated, better understand your feelings, and have a safe environment to process through your life circumstance. I prioritize rapport and building a therapeutic relationship that allows for you to feel comfortable and safe. We will take things at a pace that feels manageable. I have been in practice for 9 years and specialize in working with teens and adults who are looking to work through anxiety, depression, relationship issues, as well as help you process events that have left a lasting impact on your life. I am trained in EMDR and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (body focused work).
