Jeff was extremely thorough – looking and re-looking, and finally finding the well-hidden points of ingress and egress for our pesky critter(s). He fashioned permanent solutions that will prevent future infestation, and set traps to catch any critters that happen to still be in the house. Jeff is smart, personable, efficient, and fair. I had infestation of mice from renters who vacated. Mice were literally seen in every room while walking thru. Jeff explained their habits, showed me entry spots. He set traps, plugged holes outside and inside and returned to clean up nests and disinfect carpet so I could pull up. Excellent friendly and knowledgable service.
