- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There will not be any added fees that are not worked into the pricing. For other than large projects no down payment is necessary. Discounts can be a case by case basis, which will be heavily considered if there is opportunities for more projects with the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Fortunately most things can be handled over the phone now to avoid many of the initial questions. But a visit to the home if necessary before the project begins will usually take place, a solidified estimate, then scheduling the work to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Currently I am an electrical apprentice. I also have more than 5 years doing woodworking, carpentry and fence.
