At Timberstone HomeWorks, we believe in fair, transparent pricing with no surprises. Every project is different, so pricing depends on the scope of work, materials, and time required. We provide clear estimates before beginning work and can often provide preliminary pricing from photos and a brief description. We also welcome multiple small repairs during the same visit to help customers save time and money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and straightforward. First, we discuss your project and review any photos, measurements, or repair lists you provide. For many smaller repairs, we can provide an estimate without an initial site visit. Once the scope and pricing are approved, we schedule the work, complete the repairs professionally, and walk through the finished project with you to make sure everything meets expectations.
