Jason’s invitation to lean more deeply in to my True self has given me much more motivation to be in a committed relationship with me. In session he helps me learn to trust my body’s wisdom and listen from within. I am often reminded by Jason to stop talking and thinking and actually “feel” what nourishes me from the inside.
