Instead, my TV fell completely off the wall because the installer used basic plastic wall anchors directly into the drywall. Any professional should know that you must secure a heavy TV mount into the wall studs or use proper heavy-duty toggle bolts. Because of their incompetence, my TV is now damaged, and its left with multiple holes in my wall that need repair. I reached out to them regarding this issue. They’re so professional follow-up and resolution. They took the matter very seriously and handled my case through their Quality Control team. We have since reached a professional agreement for a full refund and compensation for the damages. I appreciate the company taking full responsibility and working quickly to resolve the situation to my satisfaction.
