Introduction: After years of working as a teacher, coach, counselor and administrator in K-12 schools, I made a life and career change that led to starting a private counseling practice in 2010. As much as I loved being an educator, I am now happy to be fulfilling my calling and my passion to serve people through my counseling work.
I offer a unique blend of traditional and holistic counseling to help adults, couples and teens create greater well being in body, mind and spirit. I work with my clients to help them identify patterns of thoughts, emotions and behaviors that limit their growth and happiness. I provide practical tools that people can apply to their daily lives. These tools can be used to help manage and transform the negative patterns that keep people from living the life they are meant to live. While my counseling is deeply spiritual, it is also highly practical and provides a strong foundation for my clients to effectively meet the challenges they face in all areas of their lives.
Please know that I am happy to talk with you. I find that having a conversation is the best way to figure out if I am the right fit for you. Feel free to call me or we can set up a time for an initial meeting at no cost to you.
Thank you for reaching out for help. I wish you all the best in finding the counselor who can best support you.
