I've been providing holistic therapies since 1992, helping my clients relax and de-stress so their spirits can grow! I provide therapeutic massage (from deep tissue to energy work), craniosacral work, aromatherapy products, sound modalities (BioAcoustics vocal profiling and toning), and visceral manipulation, which addresses restrictions in the connective tissue of the body.
I often combine modalities, when appropriate, and teach some stretches to help my clients maintain their relaxed state.
