Boulder County Rentals has managed my rental property for the past 22 months. Until recently, I thought things were going well. During a very recent month-long trip out of the country, I discovered that my rental property has been vacant since the end of November 2023. I was in the office of Boulder County Rentals on December 15, four days before I left on my overseas trip. No one advised me that my property had been vacant since the end of November. Just today (01/24/24) I discovered the tenants had been in my townhouse on a month-to-month basis since last April!! I also had not been advised of this. I had been given the impression the lease had been renewed for a year. Kristin White, the owner of Boulder County Rentals has not responded to my several requests for information on why I have not been informed of these circumstances. Obviously, communication is not an important part of Ms. White's business model.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Had a lovely retired seller that had major health issues needed to sell. She had not kept up on her home, had interviewed several agents that were very judgemental and in her opinion only after the money.. I was referred to her, helped her see the positives of her home, do a little minor prep work, arranged movers and packing, and handymen for her, she moved out of state and I looked after her home - found her some wonderful buyers, and a happy outcome! She thanks me every time we talk!
