Each task required a unique solution, tying new construction into old, and they tackled each one with consistent professionalism.We were impressed with their timely communication, including use of online software. They were quick to respond to our initial request for interest, and after a walkthrough to review our scope, submitted a detailed estimate. After acceptance they hit the ground running within a couple days, starting work on a Monday and sticking with it until completion. They used one person when that was appropriate and three when that was required. Their quality of work was excellent. I highly recommend Mile High Remodel."See more

Darcie Rodden says, "I had my entire exterior of my house painted. The painters did an awesome job. They took the time to remove the bad siding and replace with new siding without replacing the entire siding which I could not afford. They cleaned up the mess and took all of the trash with them. Even came back to address some areas that they were not told to do in advance. Seems that there is a lack of communication between the estimator and the painters. I had to remind them what I talked about with the estimator. When I did a final walk through with the estimator's assistant, he pointed out areas that should have been taken care of, the painters didn't know. I understand that Monarch is busy, but sometimes they did not get back to me in a timely manner. I did get some awesome advice on paint colors...since I was stuck. The colors look great. On a down note, the gutter guy left all kinds of metal shards around my house. I am searching for more. One piece went halfway through my tennis shoe. Which I told Monarch and there was not response to that issue from them. Also, I didnt receive an email that they would be over one morning and was not at all prepared for the visit. I had an early zoom meeting with my company, luckily they were late getting started. I told Monarch about that and there was not response from them.Overall I am very happy with the way my house was taken care of. Monarch needs to work a bit on communicating with the workers and the person that hired them.I would hire them again. I have recommended them to several people already. Great job overall.*********Update. The Manager took the time to call me and go over my concerns. They explained that they have addressed my concerns with the staff. Very impressed that I received an actual phone call."See more
