Introduction: We are a full-service BBQ company. We do BBQ caterings and make and bottle our own sauces and dry rubs.
I am a classically trained chef who loves slow foods. We use only organic and locally raised meats and vegetables, and all our sauces are gluten, dairy, and corn-free. We use no anti-caking chemicals in our dry rubs.
