Kristian worked on my house for three weeks. This included remodeling my entryway including replacing the front door, stair case, painting the garage and shutters, remodeling my dining room, and tearing down a half wall. He was extremely professional throughout the entire time he worked on my home. All of the subcontractors he used were high quality. He only used subcontractors if necessary. In addition, he continued to update me at every step on costs. His costs are extremely reasonable, might I add. For all the work we had done the job was approx 10k. His work turned out stunning. My real estate agent came over to see the renovations and she was also thoroughly impressed.
I will 100% use Kristian again when it’s time for my next project and I suggest you do too.

Kristian came out to do a small job the same day as the request! He did a great job on our new baseboards!

I would highly recommend Kristian for projects! He did a handful of weatherization projects for me in my home. He was communicative before and after the work was done, professional, detailed, creative and thorough with a cost I could afford. I will be using him again for sure!

I’m so happy with the fence Kristian put in for me! It’s on a bit of a slope and he did a great job getting it to come together with smooth transitions. Kristian used very high quality materials- I have older fences on the other two sides of my backyard- they now look rather shabby compared to Kristian’s gorgeous work. I recommend KV’s Home Services very highly and would not hesitate to hire Kristian for another project. He takes pride in a job well done.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different but in general, our rates run between $35 and $40/hour/man depending on the service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is to gather the best information we can initially to provide the most accurate bid/estimate and check for understanding to make sure we are on the same page. Once the estimate is accepted we will communicate exactly when we can show up and approximately how long the job/project will take. Once the job/project is complete and the customer is happy, we'll settle up. We then like to follow up a few days later to make sure nothing has changed with the result of our work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of experience in many different areas of construction. I am a certified Building Analyst by The Building Performance Institute and have certifications in Thermal IR Photography and Lead-Safe Renovation.
