Zac and Clair were downhome good ole boys with a great work ethic. If you want someone who works hard, has great knowledge, professional, friendly and personal look no further that Zac at Good Standard Handyman! He rebuilt our fence after a storm came through and tore some sections down. I couldn't be more impressed with the finished product. Thank you Zach and Clair, your AWESOME. We will be using his services again.

My experience with Gold Standard Handyman was amazing! Zac and his crew did a great job fixing my broken fence in a timely and professional manner. Upon inquiring with Gold Standard, I was contacted shortly after and Zac was able to come to give me a free estimate that next day! Following my estimate, I knew Gold Standard Handyman was going to provide me with excellent and honest service, and at a fair price as well. Zac communicated the entire process with me while on the job and I felt confident in the decisions that he and his crew made to best repair my fence. As my fence had sat broken in our yard for over a year, some warping had been done to the wood, but Gold Standard Handyman was able to fix this issue with no problem, creating a beautiful and straight fence once again. Friday April 24th our shower leaked and ran under the wall and onto our planked flooring, it took a good hour and half to get the water cleaned up and the flooring pulled up. I called Zach about 4:00 pm, he lives in Commerce City we live in Indian Hills, he told me he was on his way! He showed up went right in looked at the shower, checked the crawl space and said I know what is wrong. Unfortunately at this point it was 6:30 and Home Depot was closed, he said he would go in the morning and be at the house around 10:00 am, he showed up, replaced the shower head and something on the back of the shower, patched, textured and was done by 11:15pm. Can’t say enough good things about Zach and will be having him back up to do more work for us!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always offer a fair price. I dont charge trip fees or charge for estements. I can give a flat rate or we can do a hourly rate. That is always left up to the customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally I like to come out a and speak with a customer face to face so I can get to know them and they can get to know me. I will give a free on site estement for the job they want done. This also helps me give the most accurate price for the jobs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I holed a certified home inspector certification also CAMT,CPO,EPA. I have also been trained by some of the best on the business from plumbing, electrical, HVAC and more.
