- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always offer a fair price. I dont charge trip fees or charge for estements. I can give a flat rate or we can do a hourly rate. That is always left up to the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally I like to come out a and speak with a customer face to face so I can get to know them and they can get to know me. I will give a free on site estement for the job they want done. This also helps me give the most accurate price for the jobs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I holed a certified home inspector certification also CAMT,CPO,EPA. I have also been trained by some of the best on the business from plumbing, electrical, HVAC and more.
