Stephen is great. I hired him to do my baseboard first. Eventually he did a lot of other works for me. He is very friendly, always smiling. He is good on schedule. He is very flexible to make changes as I requested.

Steve came to the house the same day I left a phone message. We agreed on a price and he came back the very next morning and did the job promptly and professionally. Within 24 hours of meeting him the work was finished. He also fixed a stopped up sink at no charge! Great experience!

Never showed up at our arranged time. Stephen had arranged for a Saturday morning appointment to install three ceiling fans. When he didn't show, I called him and texted him a few times. I thought that perhaps he had been delayed and since it was Saturday morning, we had arranged family activities around his appointment so I wanted to know if he was coming. No response. He texted the next day saying that he could arrange for Monday morning. I told him no, since he didn't even bother to call or text to let me know that he wasn't coming at all.
