Great company! Troy and Chris discussed with us the job in detail before installing a sumppump and radon system . Did a great job! I really appreciated the professionalism they showed when first time out told me I needed to have my sumppump dug out as it had backfilled with dirt before they could correctly install the mitigation system. They could have just installed the system and run but chose honesty and integrity.

These guys are incredible. I submitted a request to have my sump fixed and Jason reached out and was super helpful thinking through troubleshooting options without even hiring their company. The only reason I didn’t hire them was because the project was moved to the buyers responsibility. That said, I was blown away at the service he was providing even though he wasn’t getting paid. Definitely recommend hiring these guys just based on that principle alone.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is difficult to provide a "standard" price on radon mitigation service because every home is different, but we do guarantee to meet or beat any competitors price that offers an equivalent quote and guarantee.
Radon mitigation system: $1095
48 hours CRM radon testing: $175
Radon test kits: $75
Sump pump replacement: $495
New sump pump system: $750
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is simple and painless! When you call in, you will have the option of receiving a quote over the phone or to schedule an in person consultation.
After receiving your quote we get you put on the schedule, typically within the next 7-10 days. A standard radon mitigation system takes 3-5 hours to complete. After completion you will receive a radon test kit that will need to be set up 7 days after the installation to make sure we achieve the levels needed.
All the paper work is done electronically so we stay green and you stay organized! You will receive warranty information in your contract and will also receive a separate receipt for your records.
We make every step of the way as easy as possible, so you can focus on you!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every installer is a certified radon mitigation provider. We carry NRPP certifications : 107591 RMT and we are also a member of AARST.
