Our hot water heater went out recently. It was 12 years old, so we knew we needed a new one. It took quite a bit of research to find a reputable company that didnt have exorbitant prices. Other businesses told us things like: we needed all new pipes. (We didnt.) A new hot water heater would be $3,000 to $5,000 plus labor on the of that. ( way overpriced), etc. Finally, we found an excellent smaller local company. We went with Pure Water Services in Loveland. Theyre honest, reasonably priced, and absolute pros. They were able to get us scheduled for a new hot water heater within days . Their master plumber Patrick was courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough. Patrick is an impressive and experienced plumber. Alexander keeps in touch daily with every step of your project repair. I was impressed with how kind, and professional he is to customers. We are so thankful to have hot water again. They stand by their work. My husband and I highly recommend them!

We got a water softener from American plumbing and sewer. A part broke and American refused to fix the problem even tho it was under warranty. Pure water came out and promptly fixed the issue. They were polite, knowledgeable and friendly and really worked with us! Pure water is the company to go to for issues. They are awesome!

Staff is very friendly and professional. They covered the floors, got the old water heater out and the new one installed in no time at all. Great service and very affordable!

I am grateful with how Patrick and his crew helped me and my young boy get hot water again without breaking the bank! No hot water for a week; which, is not easy for a single mom. My water heater died and another company stood me up. No call, no show. When I spoke with Patrick, he was willing to help us. I'm happy to say we have hot water again!!! An added bonus is that it didn't cost an arm and a leg. You are life saves!!! Thank you!!!
