We had Christopher update and clean up our PC. It had been almost 4 years since we purchased the PC. It was very slow. He was able to identify the source of the problems and clean up the malware, cookies, temp files, viruses, etc that were slowing down the PC. I was able to ask many questions about the PC including safety issues related to PC's, passwords, etc. He was very professional with all of his interactions. I would highly recommend Christopher for both personal and business computer service needs.

Chris revived our aging laptop which was super slow, unable to update properly, etc. He was diligent about backing up everything we needed before he started. The problem was persnickety, and when usual tricks didn't work, he took it home and completely reloaded Windows and all our software entirely. All for the same initial flat rate he quoted. Computer works like new and he even loaded tools for us to keep it clean and fast! Thanks for sticking with it until everything was resolved!
