- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to talk to them and get a feel for what they are looking for.most times they have a general idea and l help them with the things they don't think of because they dont know about the many different options available to them.doing a walkthrough is always beneficial to the contractor and the client.and it gives a more accurate price to the client.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
when I was 16 I was to much trouble for my mother so my father took me to work with him and his boss hired me for 5 dollars an hour to help and have been in construction ever since.it was a freedom not to have someone hounding you and the finished product was rewarding.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
All types of customers.some straight to the point while others were laid back.most commercial and industrial jobs were by the prints and a lot of the residential customers weren't exactly sure of the specifics of what they want just in general.
