Hiram came to assemble some things outside. With 80 mph winds or something. I enjoyed Chatting with him because I wasn't sure it would be condusive for him to fight with stuff in the wind & I'd let him decide. He opted to come back next weekend & get things done. I was glad to know where some of his experience came from, so he's not uncomfortable working in the wind or cold or snow, but he could have gone para sailing with what I needed done today! Really. He made a call for himself & I agreed with it, because I about got blown off my covered porch! I look forward to having him com e back & assemble a few things in better weather & without the neighborhood loudspeakers blaring! 🙏

Do not waste your time. Hiram talks a good talk, but doesn't walk the walk. He was responsive w/in minutes. Came over to look at projects. He said he would have bid end of day next day. Silence! I reached out to see if he was interested. Yes, I'll have the bid end of today. Silence again. it's been three days haven't heard from him. I wouldn't waste my time. Disrespectful, unprofssional and a huge waste of time.
