There’s so much to love about working with Betsy! You can tell she is passionate about what she does by her work ethic, philosophy, and organization. She graciously worked with us on our schedule and requests. We came home to a wonderfully clean home and are already excited for her to come back!

I hired Betsy for a move-in cleaning in our new home, and she contracted her friend, Justin, to clean the home's windows. While she estimated the job to take about 3 hours, but they were there for over 8 hours. Justin "forgot" to do a few of the windows, and Betsy admittedly overlooked cleaning the primary bathroom and primary bedroom, cleaning 2 of the other bathroom floors, and the upper kitchen cabinets and kitchen drawers (I paid extra to have the cabinets cleaned for move-in). She tried to schedule to come back a couple days later to finish up, but very unprofessionally texted about having a rough morning and not being able to find Justin, and said she was "grumpy, tired, and truck won't start," so she did not come in the timeframe we agreed upon (nor at all). She was defensive that I would be in the home while she cleaned, which is something that is entirely up to the customer. Once we moved in, I noticed several other areas that were never cleaned, so I'm unsure what they were doing in the home for the 8 hours that day. I paid in full for the cleaning and window washing. I realize this is a new business, and hopefully she'll get it dialed in soon.
