- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on labor and cost of materials. We offer project based and routine contracted services and pricing will vary based on scope of work and skill level required for the job completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free, initial 30-minute design and installation consultations. This can be over the phone or in-person. We like to get to know our customers to ensure we are a good fit for the work you'd like performed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
This work is ancestral, as I come from a multi-generational family of gardeners and landscapers. I have over twenty-five years of experience in the field, plus have taken certifications and trainings to further my knowledge. These include the PINA certified permaculture design certificate, fruit tree pruning and propagation classes, indoor and outdoor mushroom cultivation programs, and self-taught herbalism for over ten years.
