Danny was so easy to work with. He was friendly and helpful. I wanted to tune my piano which is at my mothers and have my sisters piano tuned also. He was helpful and very communicative!!! I was not there when he did the work, but my mother spoke very highly of him telling me that he was funny, professional and an amazing piano player!!! Will use him again in the future!!!!Aug 3, 2020Verified
Danny was quick to respond, knowledgeable about the issues revolving more than just tuning and thorough in getting this old piano back to playing nicely.Jul 29, 2020Verified
Danny was so amazing that I scheduled 5 friends to have their pianos tuned! I felt comfortable with him in my home. He was enjoyable and engaging while tuning my piano. He helped me learn about the history of my piano which was really fascinating. I feel as though I made a true friend for life!Jul 1, 2020Verified

Danny contacted us within hours. He came 2 days later. He was congenial. Very nice plus we feel he did a terrific job. He was happy to explain things and give hints for care. This is the first piano we have had in over 40 years! We were very pleased with Danny the Piano man! We would recommend him anytime.Sep 18, 2020Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My start price locally averages between $125-$135 depending on distances. If the piano has been neglected and needs extra time it can run up to $150. Repairs start at $75/hr w a one hour minimum. I recommend a second tuning in 6 months (like the dentist! 😁).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I will be friendly, fun but professional. I like to ask lots of questions about customer's piano and history. Call me, we'll chat and get your piano on the schedule. I'll even play some of your favorites.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?50 years in the piano as a performer. Over 10 as a professional tuner and technician. My Bachelors was Music (voice and piano).
