Danny was professional and great about communicating what he was doing. He was also realistic about what could be done (our piano is over 100 years old) and didn't try to get me to do more as other tuners have. Piano sounds great and I was comfortable having him in my home.Jul 3, 2018Verified
Danny was an absolute pleasure to have in our home. He was a total professional, efficient, and treated us to his beautiful piano playing. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a piano tuner.Nov 7, 2018Verified
Danny is an incredible musician, so he knows how to make your pianos sound the best for your situation. He tuned my personal piano as well as my school pianos (I am a choir teacher) and the quality is far above other tuners I've used in the past. Plus, he's SO fun to talk to and sing with. :)Aug 21, 2017Verified
Danny is an honest, capable piano tuner. Today I watched him take apart the innards of our family piano to solve a mystery related to a key that was concerning me greatly. Although this task was not related to tuning the piano, he pursued the answer, found it (a long, green pencil) and solved the problem. On top of this initial adventure (which Danny was not obligated to take on), he diligently worked through all the keys of our piano. Our piano is old, dusty, and had not been tuned for a long time. Nevertheless, he cheerfully blew the dust out and coaxed the most beautiful sounds I've heard out of that piano in a long time. He was honest with me about what he could/could not do, and I found that what he could do was quite sufficient. Therefore, for his efforts to do his best, his cheerfulness, and his knowledge and love of music, I recommend this piano tuner.Sep 14, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My start price locally averages between $125-$135 depending on distances. If the piano has been neglected and needs extra time it can run up to $150. Repairs start at $75/hr w a one hour minimum. I recommend a second tuning in 6 months (like the dentist! 😁).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I will be friendly, fun but professional. I like to ask lots of questions about customer's piano and history. Call me, we'll chat and get your piano on the schedule. I'll even play some of your favorites.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?50 years in the piano as a performer. Over 10 as a professional tuner and technician. My Bachelors was Music (voice and piano).
