- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have standard prices. Every job is different. We do offer different options for customers with a tight budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free estimates. So we will meet up at the address the work needs done at and walk the property and email a free written estimate. After that if the customer agrees with the estimate we change it to a contract,email proof of insurance and schedule the job to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have owned the business for 11 years and everyone is well trained at all their positions. We hold all necessary license and certificates required for every city we work in.
