Chris showed up right on time, I was so relieved because my WIFI worked with everything in my apartment, but not my HP Laptop. I worked on it over 5 days with my network provider at 3 levels, the guys at Staples who do regular checks and an AI chat with the HP help desk.
Chris solved the problem immediately. He helped me feel better about my ability to investigate all the things that didn't work through 'normal' channels.
Sometimes, you just need in home help and he was great! I now have a contract to fix any problems I have in the future.

My computer decided to start working as soon as I got there but they were nice, answered all of my questions and they even gave me some thermal paste
