Introduction: Hi!
I'm a former collegiate strength and conditioning coach and a current personal trainer who offers a variety of training techniques to guide my client's towards their fitness or athletic goals. I have a masters degree in Exercise Science and am an ASCM certified personal trainer. I believe in hard work, dedication, scientific principles, and above all respect, motivation, and compassion as a foundation to achieve the best results possible from both my clients and myself.
I work outdoors (parks, trails, and hills) and at several gyms, and I will also travel to your house, whatever is convenient for you and your schedule. You can also check out my web page for group class schedules and Bootcamp locations.
