Abel (Longbridge Concrete) was responsive in scheduling (10 Days from accepting bid to completion). He was very flexible after I increased the scope of work. I agreed on the new pricing with Longbridge, and he was able to get the additional concrete to the site within hours. But most important he worked with me in laying out a custom foot print for the concrete slab. Very professional in layout, road-base compaction and rebar reinforcement. Steps that his competitors bids did not always include. It was a tough job having to haul wheel barrow full of concrete (10 times) from the street, along a narrow pathway to the backyard. Finish work on the concrete was excellent and all areas (including the street) were cleaned up well. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
