Mark responded quickly to my request. I hired him to do an electrical survey of a retail space I was renting. He showed up at the time agreed. He was friendly and helpful. He was honest and forthright. He assured me that he saw nothing that concerned him. He did not try to sell us on service that was unnecessary. He offered to answer questions by phone and to help should the need arise. I would definitely call him again.
