FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Like yourself, we try to get paid for our time. In that effort we get down to business pretty quick. Costs are directly related to the amount of time, material and risk to complete a task.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depends on size & type of project. We love text. It is ALWAYS better to look at a project BEFORE estimating costs. Small service projects- determine customers needs, estimate budget over phone and schedule install. Once on-site we confirm the estimate and move forward with tasks. Daily communications. Medium projects- schedule job walk, discuss customers needs, provide options, provide estimate, rough in (before Sheetrock & paint) and trim out (after sheet rock and paint). Communicate as needed. Large Projects- receive drawings, determine customers needs, provide options, re-design, perform multiple job site visits and weekly/ daily communications.
