Kevin and his apprentice Lee did a great job installing the outlet, circuit breaker and wiring needed for our generator. They were both professional as well as nice and down to earth folks. They did good work and explained everything very well with how to operate the generator in connection with the electrical panel when needed.

Never use this guy.I hired Jim he won't return your calls or texted nor emails. I give this guy my generator to fix and now i can't get my equipment back. He threatens me as if he can't contact me with threats like storage fees and hes gonna give my equipment to goodwill. I didn't give him authorization to give my equipment away.This guy is simply put A DEAD BEAT.

I seldom leave reviews for poor service, but this was the worst. Set an appointment - which he agreed to - for 8:30 on a Monday. He was a no show. I texted for a status and he said he would call in a few minutes. No call. Texted again for a status and finally got a lame story that his "secretary" had not scheduled us. I offered another date. Radio silence. Now we're left with no working generator as a major winter event approaches. CONTRACTORS - IF YOU CAN'T DO THE JOB, DON'T TAKE THE JOB. I have no hope of finding anyone who can do this in time.
