- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is broken down to price per linear ft. And that price includes everything front the day we start till the moment we say goodbye. Expert fence installation backed by a 5 Year Workmanship Warranty. We put our reputation where our mouth is and provide a guarantee on our workmanship.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If exact dimensions of new fence and picture of property line are not provided or available then our first step to always to come walk the job with the customer. At that point a estimate will be given out to the customer that will then turn to an invoice for that exact price. The estimate given to the customer is the full price and that estimate is good for 30 days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of construction training/education! If you go a day with out learning something new then that's a bad day.
