Basically, here's how I work with my clients: Discuss your health goals, current reality, and vision of optimal health. Address emotional and psychological obstacles of creating a healthy lifestyle. Lose weight! You pick a start date, I help you get into fat-burning (usually 2-3 days) During the weight loss phase I offer weekly progress reviews--most often 2-10min phone call, but also text and/or email You attain your goal weight and/or body fat % goal. I help you transition into a personalized eating structure based on your likes and lifestyle Learn better habits, enjoy a healthier lifestyle, and move toward optimal health.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Although weight loss can be 2-up to-5 pounds per week, if you're looking for a quick weight loss diet, this isn't for you. I work with individuals who are serious about creating a healthy lifestyle.
