- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices vary, because no two customers are the same. We adjust our pricing to meet the client's needs as well as our own. From my experience and constant research we are very competitive and maybe too low in our pricing. However, I don't have a revolving door mentality. I believe a fair pricing, great results and long term relationships with our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with any client, new or regular, we listen to their needs and adjust our services to meet those needs. We take a consultative approach to our services. No two clients are the same, we aim to serve our clients and treat them like people, not another number.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years in combined online marketing and web design experience. Our education never stops because frankly, all the major search engines and web platforms are constantly changing. We roll with the punches and keep on, keeping on.
