My pricing reflects the quality, time, and planning that go into delivering sharp, web-ready visuals—whether for MLS listings, land marketing, or personal use. I provide clear, upfront quotes with no hidden fees. Travel fees may apply for remote areas, and I offer package discounts when booking both photos and video.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick conversation to understand your goals—what needs to be captured, how the media will be used, and your preferred turnaround time. Once scheduled, I scout the location virtually or in person, then shoot and deliver edited content on time, usually within 24–48 hours. I keep things clear, timely, and professional from first contact to delivery.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m FAA-certified to fly drones commercially and have years of hands-on experience shooting properties, landscapes, and marketing assets. I stay current with editing techniques, real estate media trends, and FAA regulations to ensure high-quality, compliant work.
