For payment, we do charge a small fee for credit card transactions, but we offer alternative payment options to help you avoid this fee. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Berry Best Plumbing, we strive to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible. It all starts with an initial call where we gather essential information and book your appointment. We use both email and text messaging to keep you informed about your upcoming appointment, providing all the details you need. On the day of your appointment, our technician will reach out with an estimated arrival time, so you know exactly when to expect us. After the service is completed, we aim to follow up with a call the next day to ensure you had a great experience and to address any further questions or concerns you may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Master Plumber brings over 10 years of hands-on experience in the field, backed by several specialized certifications, including those in water filtration and sewer line systems. Throughout his career, he has undergone extensive training across the U.S., equipping him with a deep understanding of the plumbing industry and the skills needed to educate customers about their homes and plumbing systems. In addition to this practical experience, our Master Plumber has rigorously studied and reviewed all relevant codes, laws, and systems, which enabled him to pass the challenging examination required to obtain his Master Plumbing License. His commitment to continuous learning and excellence ensures that our clients receive the highest quality service.
