Jerry responded immediately to all my messages, very timely in getting to my house and doing the work. I wasn't home and he was kind enough to honor my request of sending pictures throughout the process. Very sturdy fence for a real decent honest worthy price. Recommended to my mom already. Jerry installed two glass doors over bathtubs in our home. Both bathrooms look great, his work is high-quality. He's a total professional, was able to quickly trouble shoot a few small problems we had in the drywall that we had not noticed. We look forward to working with him again.

Mr. Jerry Secrest was a miracle for my project. I had a contractor previously hang some paintings and mirrors for my client, and they made several nail holes in hanging one particular item. In repairing and re-texturing the nail holes, the contractor messed up my client's wall. I, then, hired another contractor to repair the mistakes incurred by the previous contractor, but the contractor called me an hour before the scheduled appointment and needed to reschedule the appointment for another day. My client needed the repairs done that day, so I could not reschedule. I called Jerry and he was able to come that day. When Jerry came, he was very professional and kind in his approach. He made certain to bring blankets to cover my client's floor. He explained everything that he was doing to cover up the mistakes of the previous contractor, and repaint the wall. He meticulously patched, textured over existing repairs. He worked diligently the entire time that he was at my client's home. His work quality is superb- he practically gave my client a brand new perfect wall. He was punctual; I appreciated that he came at the same exact time that he communicated he will come.

Jerry was very professional and punctual. Decent price. The quality of work if very good. He guaranteed his work for a year. Only Con I can think of this work is as he works alone and takes his time to complete the job. If you are in a hurry to get it done, you need to communicate with him earlier on. P.S.: I already hired him for my next project and awaiting on quote.

Our hourly rate is $35 hr with a 2 hr minimum. Larger projects are done by proposals.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet with the customer so I can talk with them about-what they want done and discuss options on how to accomplish their goals. Then provide them with a detailed proposal.
