I have been working with Casey for a little over 2 months now, and my experience with her has been absolutely wonderful. I've already lost almost 25 pounds and 11% body fat, and I'm training for a half marathon. More importantly than that, I'm regaining self-confidence and learning how to take better care of myself as a whole person. I can't wait to see what goals I accomplish with her in the future, and I can't recommend her to others highly enough.

Daniel is a great trainer. He listens to what you want to accomplish and helps you achieve it. He makes sure I'm ready for spring yard work, keeps my back and hips strong with strength exercises and makes it fun. On a whim, we set a goal for me to climb a rope on my 60th birthday. I did it! I've worked with Daniel for several years and followed him through 3 gyms. He's the best.
I'm thrilled with my relationship with Vicki and the goals she has helped me to establish and meet! She trained me for my first powerlifting competition, and I completed all my lifts the first time and won an award for my performance as a novice. Vicki is a super trainer, an excellent encourager and a strong, confident and kind person. I love working out with her and always learn so much. I have been working with Benjamin as my personal trainer for a couple of years, and it has certainly been time well spent. He pushes you so hard, but is nice and funny at the same time, which are qualities I would not have expected a trainer to have. Working with him has helped me push my body to heights I never thought I could have achieved, and definitely would not have reached on my own. He is very sensitive to the particular needs of his clients and is excellent at designing workouts and plans that really do work just for them. As a dancer, my body has been trained in very specific ways to the detriment of the opposing muscles. Benjamin has helped me to gain strength and awareness in the places I needed it most. Before working consistently with Benjamin, I was a decently strong dancer with an average amount of stamina. After training with him for a couple of months, I watched my stamina and endurance rise so much that I could last longer doing harder steps than the vast majority of my fellow dancers. I became much stronger overall, and am still able to utilize the strength that I have gained training with him. He has taught me how to relax the muscles that I overwork, and begin to activate the underused muscles to improve my dance training as well. Anyone who works with him will not regret it!

Nathan has been my massage therapist for over a year. I see him 1-2 times a month. I have been dealing with a lot of back and shoulder pain due to an injury several years ago. After the first visit with him I was hook, as my tight muscles were loosened and I had more range of motion in my neck and shoulder and my back wasn't tight. He is very professional and knowledgable and really gets to know you and your trouble areas without you even telling him. He consistently helps new members prepare for CrossFit through one-on-one training while successfully teaching a range of techniques; from Olympic lifting and exercise progressions to mobility and proper range of motion.
