"I’m in the process of selling my home and needed the carpets cleaned terribly as they hadn’t been cleaned in several years — and it showed! Triton was not only able to find an early morning time that worked around my schedule, they were able to schedule my appointment much sooner than I anticipated. They have “business hours” and “after hours” scheduling staff who quickly respond 24/7 to any message you send them on Thumbtack. The technicians who came to my home were incredibly professional, friendly, efficient, respectful, and knowledgeable. The master technician listened to my concerns, then educated me on the different options he felt would address those issues, and never pressured me nor “up-saled” me on a single thing. I like that there were “green” options and “industrial” options to consider. My master technician double checked that he understood what I wanted and kept me informed throughout the appointment. My carpets? Look AMAZING; Triton got out all of the weird stains and stuff I never thought could be removed (glue, putty, nail polish, even some unknown substance that turned a spot of carpet into a hard rock). I was worried I’d have to replace some of my carpets but now I don’t thanks to Triton! The evening after the cleaning, a nasty odor began to build from something my son had likely spilt long ago on his bedroom carpet. I waited about 48 hours to see if it would dissipate and it didn’t so I messaged Triton late morning hoping they could help. They immediately responded and messaged with me throughout the day as they worked on finding a way to get a technician to my home ASAP. (No buyer would want a home that smelled like curdled milk!) The daytime team handed off my case to their after hours team and I was able to continue communicating well past 9pm at night to get this scheduled early the following day or the day after. They somehow were able to get someone out to my house early the next morning. I was so happy to see the same awesome master technician that had originally come to my home standing at my door! Having that continuity and consistency makes a difference because it feels like it’s important to the company to build trust and a relationship with you. Their entire service feels more personal than I’ve experienced with other service industries that come into your home, like the cable company. From their two scheduling teams to the technicians that came into my home, Triton does more than just great work, they go the extra mile in regards to customer service. I highly recommend Triton and will be a loyal customer for years to come!"
