- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer a lower rate than most professionals not because our work is shawdy but because as a small family owned business we don’t have the overhead that big company’s require to employee the amount of people they do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know the customers need and vision of they want done and doing our utmost best to make that vision a reality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As mentioned above this has been an ongoing process from a young age not just one person attributing to the place we are at today.
