- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very competitive, we are unable sell all name brands, but we are able find inexpensive shingle if color is not a factor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call and set an appointment, come out and measure the roof. We then will go over all the customer requirements and the customer will request. We will put together a detailed estimate. Once the estimate is signed, we will give an approximate start date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed in most of the southern Colorado building Departments. We have certifications all major Brands asphalt shingles and Commercial material manufactures. Owens Corning IKO GAF Atlas Malarkey Carlisle Gen-Flex Versico and more.
